WEBSITE TERMS
Using this website.
This website introduces Palace Beacon and demonstrates a context-aware experience.
The demonstration
The experience responds to signals available during your visit. Its examples illustrate a direction for Beacon; they do not establish that a publisher integration, campaign or commercial product is available. Best guesses about interests are estimates from context, not knowledge about you. Products shown are reference examples from their makers’ official stores, not paid advertisements.
Product and commercial information
Descriptions of future features and proposed pilot economics are plans for discussion, not current prices or an agreement. Any campaign, integration or other service would be subject to terms agreed with the parties involved.
Developer console and test mode
The developer console lets you create test websites, placements and campaigns without an account. Test placements and test campaigns never charge or pay anyone. Spend and earnings shown in test mode are simulated figures for demonstration and are not amounts owed by or to anyone. Your test workspace is tied to a token stored in your browser; clearing site data loses access to it. Test data can be reset or removed at any time, and the service is provided as is, without availability or performance commitments.
What you enter
You are responsible for the website addresses, product links, images and ad text you enter, including having the right to use them. Test campaigns appear only on placements in your own test workspace. Text you type into the demo apps on the home page is processed as described in the Privacy page.
Credits and trademarks
The phones shown on the home page are 3D models by other people, simplified, recoloured and with brand marks removed for this site: “Samsung S26 Ultra” by Sagar Modi and “Iphone 17 pro” by Ibrahim.Bhl, both licensed CC BY 4.0, “Compact phone” and “Open foldable phone” from the Innerscene 3D Parts Library and “Open 14 inch laptop” from 3D Assets, all dedicated CC0. Weather outside the United States is from MET Norway, licensed CC BY 4.0. Apple, iPhone, Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of their owners; Palace Beacon is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. A phone model shows the kind of device a visitor is using, not a claim about its exact model.
External services
Links to third-party sites and the regional weather information used in the demonstration are provided by their respective operators. Their own information and terms apply to their services.
